Life of a Pilot

Help me give my students an immersive flight and vehicle experience. These instruments will make life in the cockpit even more realistic with our popular simulator model in my classroom.

My Project

My students go on to fly as real private pilots and with the airlines. Introducing them to flight and space early inspires them to achieve so much and to reach for the sky - literally. Some students though have no experience at all with aviation, and these instruments will enhance the simulator we have running in class right now.

Every day, we make sure students have hands-on immersive experiences that help them imagine what it will be like to go to space, fly an aircraft, and be in control of machines.

These tools will add to the foundation of flight and space courses with real-time force feedback, lots of intuitive input and controls, and help students to understand the importance of ergonomics in the driver's seat, or the cockpit.
