My Project

I’ve requested some items to help get our self-contained classroom ready for the new school year. We’ve got some of the coolest, funniest, and most intelligent kids, and we want to make sure they have everything they need to feel comfortable and ready to learn.

Many of our students have sensitivities to textures, tastes, and temperatures, which can make school meals tough for them.

That’s why we’re asking for snacks—to help keep them full, happy, and focused during the day.

We also love doing small group food-based activities! Last year, these were a big hit and helped us with skills like sorting, counting, and more—all while having fun. These kinds of hands-on activities really help our students engage and feel at ease in the classroom.
