My Project

Our classroom supports amazing adult learners with disabilities who are working hard to build real-life and vocational skills. To help them thrive, we are creating hands-on task boxes that teach essential skills such as sorting, assembling, packaging, counting, and organizing. These tasks mimic real-world jobs and daily living routines, fostering independence and confidence.

We are requesting basic materials like bins, Velcro, labels, manipulatives, sorting trays, and small tools to build these reusable and engaging task boxes.

These items may seem simple, but they are the foundation for building critical thinking, fine motor skills, and task completion habits. Your support will directly impact our students' ability to develop practical skills that prepare them for life beyond the classroom. Unlike our academically minded peers, there is no set curriculum for my class. the TPT gift card will help me purchase wonderful, already made assembly and prompt cards to

help my students be independent in their learning.
