Life and Leisure Activities

Help me give my students opportunity to work on life and leisure skills as they mature and work on these skills with intent that they will be living independently some day.

My Project

These life and leisure skills materials will give my students a chance to be exposed and work on these skills that would carry over at home and skills of living on own. Having a carpet and vacuum gives the students an opportunity to practice these skills before living on their own. Working on these skills at school and home lets the student see what they are capable of doing. Many of my student come from low economic and do not have these opportunity. The student do enjoy trying new things and are wanting to be more independent. I just want to give my students the confident they needed to success in life. A standing desk allows them to work while standing which they will do when at a job. The walking pad gives them a chance to utilize a gym membership might. Without these materials it will be harder to expose my students.
