This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
With these books, kids will have a diverse selection in our classroom library, featuring stories from different cultures, social-emotional themes, friendships, and fun adventures. These books will not only help them connect with themselves and understand other cultures and traditions, but they will also support their bilingual learning.
All the books on the list are in both English and Spanish, providing an opportunity to strengthen their skills in both languages.
Since most of our students are bilingual, these books will be a great resource for them. They will like to have new books.
