Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am going to use the Amazon fire tablets to use on a rotation basis for students to read at home with their families. I would love to create a love of literature for my students for the 2024-25 school year. They will also learn independence and responsibilty as they take care of them for a week at a time. This is a very important life skill.
The recorders will inspire them to learn to read and play music as they prepare for our holiday show in December.
I hope to have a musician come to the classroom to model how an orchestra works together to create beautiful music.
The folders will help them to stay organized every day as they navigate through third grade daily learning. Inspiration is the theme for my classroom next year.
With these materials I hope they are inspired and learn to love the arts!
