My Project

Encouraging students to read is the goal of this project. As an early-career teacher, I have been blessed to receive a fair collection of books. However, many are out of date and have been well-loved.

Help me craft confident, culturally diverse readers!

The books in this list reflect the interests of students in my current school location. These books also help reflect the cultural diversity of the students in my school. Graphic novels have an added benefit of allowing lower readers access to the same materials, providing them with differentiation through illustration!
