My Project

Libraries are a wonderful place for our students to foster a love of reading, be exposed to diverse cultures, and explore personal interests.

Classroom libraries are an integral part in learning.

Students that have continuous access to libraries in their classroom show higher reading achievement, increased vocabulary, and improved reading comprehension.

Currently, our novels are placed in boxes all around the classroom floor. Having bookshelves will allow us to create a reading space that the students will enjoy visiting. It will create a place for students to gather as they discuss books that they’ve read or a quiet place to escape into an adventure.
