My first graders love to learn through playing games! They enjoy playing with friends and working together to win games. The games and leveled readers that are in this project are for just that. Helping my students learn to enhance their skill development, and being fully engaged with friends adds to the classroom learning environment. These math games and reading games will provide practice for skills and how to work as a team.
Due to Covid -19 and the lack of interaction among students during their preschool years, social interactions during school should be highly encouraged.
Students need time to work with their peers on content related tasks to help them refine both content and their social skills. This project helps with both of these areas.
