My Project

The books that I am requesting will make a difference in students' learning because they will provide my students with daily reading practice. Since I am a new second-year teacher, I am currently building up my library for my students.

Leveled reading books allows students to get practice at their current reading level and move up levels as they become more and more fluent.

These leveled reading books are essential for first grade where students are learning foundational reading skills. These books are also a good measure to monitor students' progress as we work toward fluency.
