Leveled Library

My students need new books for their reading library!

My Students

The first thing my students do when they enter my classroom every day is to take out their book bag. The bags filled with books that are "Just-Right" for them.

My students are in Kindergarten, where some of them just learned what reading is.

Some of the students came with knowledge about reading and phonics. That's why I have a library of leveled books for each student. No matter where they are from, they love to read! The mission of our school is to help students become readers.

My Project

All the books from this project will be put into students' leveled library. Each day, students will read leveled books that are just right for them. On Fridays, students will switch out old books for new books. These new books will help replace some of the old books that are torn and ripped.

Donations to this project will make help build my leveled library.

It is very important to have a leveled library in my classroom, so students who are reading at different levels can have access to books that are just right and interesting for them. It will help my students become better and stronger readers.
