My Project

Four years ago, just as the world was coming out of the COVID 19 lockdown, I started a Dungeons & Dragons club on our campus. The collaborative nature of the game provided a safe and engaging environment for students to reconnect with their peers, express their feelings, and develop empathy. Through role-playing and storytelling, students could explore and discuss complex emotions, build resilience, and strengthen their social skills. The shared experience of navigating adventures together fostered a sense of community and belonging, helping to alleviate feelings of isolation and anxiety they felt during lockdown. D&D became more than just a game; it was a vital part of our effort to support students’ well-being and emotional recovery in challenging times.

This 3D printer holds the incredible promise to set our classroom ablaze with creativity and transform the way my students learn!

This remarkable tool will breathe life into our Dungeons & Dragons adventures, allowing students to craft magnificent custom miniatures and immersive game elements that will transport them to fantastical realms.

But it doesn’t stop there! This 3-D printer and additional resin enrich our STEM curriculum, empowering my students to design, prototype, and experiment with their own brilliant ideas, unlocking their potential and igniting their passions.
