Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
At our school, we believe that positive behavior should be celebrated and rewarded. As part of our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports program, we would like to create an Incentive Game Room where students who consistently demonstrate positive behavior can use earned points to enjoy well-deserved free time during their lunch periods. This space will help reinforce the importance of good citizenship, respect, responsibility, and kindness—all cornerstones of our school's culture. Students can "spend" PBIS points earned through positive actions on supervised game time during lunch in a supportive environment.
