My Project

The materials I am asking for the preschoolers foster literacy through their natural exploration and need for play. The letter toys we're asking for—alphabet matching, letter puzzles, and magnetic letters—will greatly affect how our preschoolers learn to read and write. Kids learn best through play, and these toys let them touch, feel, and explore letters in a fun way. Through playful exploration, children develop essential pre-literacy skills such as letter recognition, phonological awareness, and early vocabulary.

Our students are unique because they come from various backgrounds and learn differently.

Some are learning English as a second language, so getting extra help with reading and writing is essential. They're naturally curious and love to learn, and these toys will give them a fun way to explore the world of letters and prepare for school success.

Our goals for this project are to foster a love of literacy by creating engaging and enjoyable learning experiences, to develop foundational literacy skills that will prepare children for future academic success, and to create a rich and stimulating learning environment that supports individual learning styles and paces. We aim to see increased letter recognition, improved phonological awareness, and a greater interest in books and reading among our students.
