Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am teaching in a Title I school where the majority of the students are from low-income families. We have 85% English language learners. Our school is known as a community school where most of our parents rely on the teachers and staff to help them, their child, and their family.

I have 18 unique and talented students who are eager to discover new things every day.

My 18 students go to school each day with smiles on their faces knowing that their day will be full of learning, caring, and fun.

My Project

My students are learning to do independent activities in their centers. These activities will help them learn their alphabets, numbers, and shapes. Everyone will be excited to have different materials and activities because while they are learning, they are also having fun. It makes them learn faster when they are having fun. This will also teach them how to work with other children and teach them how to be patient. I can't wait to see their big smiles when they use these materials and this will be possible because of your generosity.
