Letter Geniuses With Osmo Genius Kit

Help me give my students an Osmo genius kit to help them learn their letters and experience technology.

My Students

My students are energetic and excited little 5 and 6 year-olds. These little people are just beginning their educational journey. They are curious and enthusiastic learners. It is my goal to provide them with every opportunity, so they can find joy and success at school.

We live in a small, rural community that is high poverty.

Our main source of income, for our community, is a paper mill that is always on the verge of closing. Life in our community is unpredictable. The opportunities that are offered to my students are few.

Our school district tries so very hard to provide the students with every advantage that it can, but I know there is more for them out there. They want to learn and explore, and I want them to love school and get excited for the next 12 years of it!

My Project

This Osmo program uses lines and curves to teach them letters and that aligns with the way that we teach letters at our school. This Osmo little genius kit, headphones and extra markers will make a great addition to our classroom letter work!

The more ways that my students can be exposed to learning through technology the more prepared they will be for their technology based future.

We have a few other Osmo kits in our classroom and my students really enjoy using them. The Osmo technology experiences create meaningful experiences with technology while teaching them skills that I need them to learn as part of their day in kindergarten.
