Help me give my students letter and number activities including a magnetic letter board, a magnetic number board, a letter tracing board, threading boards, and sensory number toys.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This year I have some energetic and eager four-year-olds in my TK class. The focus for this grade level is to introduce them to letters and sounds through playful activities. All of the items I'm asking for will allow them to play with letters and numbers.
Little learners learn best through playful activities.
The magnetic letter and number boards will allow them to move pieces with magnets to put the alphabet or numbers in order. The alphabet tracing board will help them trace the letters using a magnetic wand. The reusable threading boards will allow them to make letters, numbers, and shapes with thread. All of these activities will be fun for them to use throughout the day!
