My Project
With the school year in full swing, it is time to think about what my first grade students will need to spark their interest in learning. That is what Scholastic News does for my students!
Success is something that I want my students to feel every day.
When students are motivated, the sky's the limit to how much they can grow as learners, which is why I am asking for these magazines. The Scholastic magazines open up a whole new world for my students. These magazines cover a range of topics that otherwise, my students may never be exposed to. The biggest reward is when they ask if they can learn more about something that they read about in the magazine! The digital component to the subscription truly gets my students engaged. There are videos that go along with each magazine, as well as math and reading games that my students ask to play over and over again!
