I teach in a school, where almost all of the students come from low income families. At school they feel more at ease, being around teachers that they know care about them. At home some may not always hear kind or positive words.
I would love to have these supplies/materials so my students could create kind and positive words and or affirmations to post throughout the classroom and hallways.
To not only build a sense of community on our campus, but to also promote a positive environment where everyone feels accepted and not a sense of loneliness.
What a better way to spread kindness and positivity than walking down the hall and seeing a positive affirmation.
It will also give the students a sense of pride and confidence knowing THEY created it!
