My Project

I am a first-grade teacher at a public school. My students are excited about learning and want to excel in school. I have a large range of learning abilities in my classroom. My students come from diverse backgrounds, including ELL students, with a variety of needs.

My students are sweet and they are excited and ready to learn, explore, and take on the world.

They are excited from the time they get off the bus in the morning to when they leave at night.

We want these sets of books about dragons. These books are full of adventure for girls and boys. My class just loves dragons and with the Year Of the Dragon ending we want to continue reading and learning about them.

I want my students to be proud of who they are and excel at reading. For students to want to read they have to have reading materials that interest them. These books are just that material. High adventure about dragons is interesting and engaging. These books will fill the need for both.
