This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am very involved with the athletic department in my school building. I help with the pep rally, senior breakfast, and many other events. I also coach softball. We always travel to different schools and see these magnificent posters for the senior athletes. We cannot afford them. I have gotten good at utilizing what we have and making it work.
We need rolls of glossy printer paper to create posters for our athletes to celebrate them and foster school spirit and pride.
The teacher who does the yearbook was given an amazing printer. We are working together to create the large posters to decorate the gymnasium hallway and so they can keep them for memories after graduation!
