My Project
Students can now identify if someone in their family/ household is drinking those popular sugary products and perhaps consuming too much sugar. It's a good idea to know what is inside your energy drinks, fruit drinks, and soft drinks, and start to cut back on those drinks by taking it one step at a time.
The Visualz Sugar Shockers Drink Banner helps our young students understand and begin to read food labels on beverages which are a major source of added sugars.
Set an example and choose water is the main message. We can start by helping our students take this information to their family and encourage them to make healthy meals. When we all work together, we will establish good habits, for students and family, that can last a lifetime.
