My Project
In any face to face classroom, teachers use a whiteboard to show examples, use brainstorming activities, or model the topic. Working in a virtual setting, there is no easy way to write, for example, a math problem on the screen and work it out.
Having a document camera changes all of that for the teacher and students.
The 3 math teachers in my virtual school can work out the problem with a pen or pencil while the students watch. Just like in a face to face classroom.
Virtual students deserve a classroom experience as close to face to face learning as possible.
