Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students always have smiles on their faces, and they are eager learners. My students are brilliant, they love to create and build things. They love learning and the opportunity to engage in reading. My students love all subjects, and subject integration is necessary in the 21st century. We need to encourage this generation to be active learners. These students work hard every day. Engaging the students in reading using resources that can strengthen their reading ability, using accessible and grade-level materials, will support their learning.

My goal is to have each student see themselves as an active and engaged reading student.

I have included resources, such as the magnetic reading kit, high-frequency word activities, and phoneme games, to keep the students engaged and to be able to learn even during their purposeful play or reading group times.

Please help me create a more effective learning environment and set the stage for more magic and organized reading in my classroom.
