My students are special to their parents and me. They are eager to learn new things during classroom learning, but also real-world situations that will affect them in the future.
These students are future authors and illustrators who may have been told in the past they weren't told how great they are, but today is a brand new day and they deserve an opportunity to feel success and to travel through words and illustrations on a page.
My kids come from very supportive families who believe in their children and their school. My scholars are hard workers who don't mind using their resources.
My Project
These books will continue to enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. My classroom library is a place that my students really enjoy. I read aloud to my kids. Once they complete their classwork, they read independently! Every student's book that is placed in my library is treated with love and care, and they are thankful for the opportunities to read. All of these books have been chosen with my students in mind, I have watched them the past few weeks of school read titles just like these, and I have also asked them what they really wanted in our classroom.
With these new books, my students will be able to choose from a variety of books that will allow them to read independently at their own grade level.
