Our students come to school ready to learn each and every day. They embrace and thrive from hands-on learning experiences. Our school is a Title I school and all of the children receive free breakfast. Around 90% of the children receive free or reduced lunch. We also have a large population of ELL learners. The children really enjoy reading ,writing, math, and learning through real life experiences.
Let them be young and fill their hearts with laughter and creativity!
We love to provide our children with a rich environment where they are able to reach their highest level of success through laughter and play.
My Project
Indiana is know for the world famous Indy 500! The month May in Indiana is centered around events that take place at the Indy Motor Speedway and we would like for our children to endure and embrace what it feels like to be a Indy car driver.
Our kindergarten children will learn what it means to be a team player though our kindergarten 500.
Our students will experience real-life racing by incorporating tricycles around a two lap course to replicate the real Indy 500 race.
By providing helmets the children will learn safety procedures and bicycle safety skills. The children will learn how to become team players and help develop their social skills. We are in need of your help to fund our "Kindy 500" race.
