Help me give my students games, Magna-Tiles, a gift card to Teachers Pay Teachers, and other resources to help fill in gaps. I have many students who came in well below grade level and really need extra support and to have fun while learning all they can.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students have been incredibly impacted and have come into fourth grade well below grade level. They are the cutest and sweetest kids. I truly think that having more interactive and fun ways to fill in the gaps and help their writing skills will be hugely beneficial.
There are times where I need to look back at resources that other teachers have created to help fill in some of the gaps that lie in lower grade levels.
These materials will help provide my classroom with materials and resources to fill those gaps and save me time from looking for them.
All children deserve our best. I can’t wait to watch and document their growth.
