This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach at a Title I school where the students all qualify for free lunch. My students come from low income families struggling to cover their basic needs. Although they have hardships, it does not damper their love for learning. My students are enthusiastic learners and are beginning to understand and appreciate their environment and the world they live in.

They enjoy hands-on activities and experiments.

Also, they are fearless when it comes to technology and, as children of the 21st century, they need to be prepared to use a variety of tools to engage their world.

My Project

The HP All-in-one photo printer and ink cartridges will make a difference in my students' lives because I will be able to print posters, anchor charts, vocabulary pictures, etc. to help them with Math and Science.

It will also be used to help my students print pictures for their Life Science projects on habitats.

We also need the ink cartridges that go with this printer. The printer will also allow me to make copies (single or double sided). We will also be able to scan files. It will truly be a luxury to have a printer in our class. We look forward to your support!
