My Project

These games will help me to create not only a conducive learning environment for the entire student body but also a place of solace where they can go to decompress or take a brain break.

The use of the new games would allow me to set up a corner in the library where students can just take a break.

After all, a library hosts a multitude of possibilities and isn’t strictly for books. It would enable our students to have a safe and encouraging environment to just be kids for a moment; to take a timeout from the pressures of high school and play a game of UNO or Checkers on their lunch hour, or enjoy the challenge of Jenga after they have completed homework or online testing.

All students need to feel like they belong or fit in and I intend to try my best to appeal to each and every one of them so that they may learn and grow and thrive. The library is the perfect place to do just that.
