My Project
My students are 3 and 4 years old and have the most fantastic sense of wonder and awe in the world. We love using the light table daily to explore light, reflections, color mixing, etc.
The materials provided in this project will help students explore light and dark, mixing colors, transparent objects etc.
Introducing children to these experiences early in life inspires them to ask questions and learn more about how the world works.
The sensory bin will allow us to use salt, sand, and other objects on top of a light table. Using a paint brush, students can remove the texture and reveal hidden objects and seeking the light.
Our local library has a light bright set up like the one requested here and it is a very popular area. I know the kids will love it.
