Lets play with clay for our stop motion Habitat projects!
Help me give my students the materials to explore science and technology through practical applications. Artistic expression through clay sculpting and animation not only enhances their motor skills but also encourages creativity and imagination.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am writing to seek your support for an exciting project aimed at enhancing the scientific and technological capabilities of elementary school students at our low-income, dual language, Title 1 school.
We strongly believe in providing our students with hands-on learning experiences that are both engaging and interactive.
As part of our science curriculum, we have designed a special project that involves creating clay animals and habitats for a final product of a clay animation. To successfully undertake this project, we kindly request your generous support in the form of a clay donation.
As our students come from low-income backgrounds, providing them with the necessary clay materials becomes challenging for us. By securing your donation, we can ensure that all our students can actively participate in this creative endeavor, fostering their scientific knowledge, artistic capabilities, and critical thinking skills.
This project aligns with our goal of promoting a holistic learning environment, where students can explore science and technology through practical applications. Artistic expression through clay sculpting and animation not only enhances their motor skills but also encourages creativity and imagination. By engaging in this hands-on learning experience, our students will develop a deeper understanding of animal habitats, ecosystems, and conservation.
Your generous donation will directly impact the educational journey of our students and contribute to their overall academic success. It will enable us to provide them with equal opportunities, irrespective of their socio-economic backgrounds. Your support will empower our teachers, enabling them to deliver a dynamic curriculum that stimulates student excitement and passion for the sciences.
We kindly request you to consider our proposal and support our elementary science and technology collaboration by providing the necessary clay materials for our project.
