My Project

Recorders are a basic of the elementary music classroom.

Being able to actually put an instrument to learn to play in a child's hands is invaluable.

Learning to read music and put that knowledge into action is the most powerful thing that can happen in the music classroom. Being able to offer a recorder to every student gives all of them a fair change to be a musician. It's fun, hard, and rewarding!

My students love to play and take individual tests, play together as a class, and be a mini-band!
