My Project

I teach grades k-2 autistic support. My class will use the scooters at the playground in our school yard and on the walking trips we take in the spring to another playground. The academic materials will be used for reading and math centers.

My students need hands on activities and sensory toys to help with regulating their body and mind.

The teachers are responsible for wiping down tables and cleaning the toys in the classroom. Having wipes and disinfectant spray is so helpful but the school does not provide this.
