Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These items will enhance the learning experience greatly by providing an outlet to students who are not your traditional music students. The materials will also serve as a pillar to the magnet program and bolster student engagement.
The goal is for students to be able to write, record and produce electronic music with Midi keyboards, Digital audio interfaces, Microphones and Digital audio workstations such as Bandlab and Garageband.
This project will also serve as a tool for cross curricular collaborations with other fine arts electives such as creating a podcast. These materials will make a difference in student learning by providing an alternative music outlet that they can easily relate too.
