My Project
Our classroom carpet plays an essential role in our kindergarten class. We meet on the carpet several times throughout the day for activities including morning meetings, whole group instruction, calendar, and closing meetings. A majority of our learning takes place on the carpet. Our carpet is also a well-loved space where the children play games and complete partner work.
Receiving this new carpet in our classroom will help provide a warm, comfortable, and welcoming learning environment for my current and future students.
A new carpet, free of stains like our current carpet has, will allow students to work on a clean and bright area. My students love working on the carpet and this new carpet will help enrich their learning experience. Our classroom carpet is at the center of our learning and is where we have our best learning conversations.
