Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
We have a strong community (family) school where all the teachers know all of the children and their families. I teach in a public school. I see 751 students a week. I teach low-income students and they are truly a ray of sunshine. They do whatever I ask and they don't complain. We make some of the equipment we use in class.
For every stage of a person's life, there is a place called home, a place where you feel special, and where everybody is either friend or family.
My Project
The backpacks that I'm asking for will make a huge difference in my student's lives. Each backpack will be treated with love and care.
This will help my students be successful in doing their work in class and at home.
I supply students with tablets, crayons, pencils, shoes, or whatever they need in order to be successful in school.
When students are happy and have no worries and they turn out to be very successful later on in life. When they have what they need I call that great accomplishment.
