My Project

My upcoming first graders are an inquisitive bunch of learners. I hope that they will enjoy learning about diverse topics each week, as Scholastic News makes them fun and interesting. In this age of computers and cell phones, I find that Scholastic News magazine helps make learning a fun and engaging experience.

Students are so engaged that they don't realize we are ' learning' about animal habitats, global concerns such as recycling, and even social studies, including Presidents' Day.

Students love it when they see me unwrap a new month's worth of Scholastic News Magazine. My class of learners is eager to learn, and this is a valuable resource.
