My Students

Every student learns differently and it is important that we try to reach all learners. No matter the learning style, all students love to learn...when learning is fun!

Our school is located in Western Pennsylvania, near the city of Pittsburgh.

While these students are in my care, it is important to create an environment within the classroom where all students can enjoy learning and have fun while doing so!

My Project

Learning games will make a tremendous difference in the education of my students. There are times where student engagement is difficult to maintain. However, when given the opportunity to play educational games that focus on the skills being taught in class, students will become more actively engaged in their learning.

It is crucial that students learn the skills being taught in school, so why not make it fun by implementing learning games!

Games that focus on skills such as main idea, context clues, and the ecosystem can make a student's school day much more exciting and fun. Students will also retain more information and be able to successfully apply the skills taken away from the games.
