Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year my goal is to make math more hands on and fun! I plan to incorporate real-life situations in my classroom to build engagement and retention. These requested math resources will help do this from the story problems to other math strategies.

These resources will be used as a whole class and in small center groups.

The book collections will be put on our bookshelf to be checked out by students for fun reading. These books are some of their favorite collections that we will add to our shelfs.

Our headphones are a mess, and we need organization to store them properly. These plastic cubbies will help do that. The snacks are for hungry tummies to fill so that we are ready to learn. The erasers and Play-Doh will be used as incentives.
