My Students

My kindergarten classroom is full of happy and motivated children who love to learn and play. Needless to say the highlight of their day is play/center time!
My school is a wonderful community of kids, families, and school staff working together.
It is a dynamic school where teachers get to know each child and family. Most of the students come from low income housing and 70% of the students receive free school lunch.
My Project
My students are active learners. I can support that by surrounding them with lots of hands-on activities. The dolls, dress up tree, ABC centers, and building tiles will allow me to do that. I love watching my students explore during center time. This is the time where they can come up with creative new ideas.
Children need a lot of hands-on experiences to help them grow and learn.
I know that these donations will help improve that in my classroom. These donations allow me to teach my students about giving back. It is though kind and generous donors that I show them this important life lesson.
