Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach life skills students at a Title I low income school. Our students are hands-on learners. One of the subjects our students need to know are about maps and geography. I would love to get puzzles to help my students understand these concepts. With these fun engaging activities, my students will retain and memorize the important knowledge needed for independent life long success.

Puzzles are a fun way to help my students learn important geographical locations and information as well as map skills.

Many of our IEP goals revolve around geography and map skill knowledge. Using interactive puzzles will help with student engagement and retention of information. Then at the end of this important skill we will color our own maps with the huge coloring maps for the United States and World. This will be such an amazing gift for our class.
