This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My kindergarten students are amazing! They are always looking for new ways to learn and they love feeling special! Their energy and curiosity are wonderful to see and experience firsthand.

I try my best to provide them with different ways of learning and exploring while at the same time making them feel comfortable, happy and giving them a sense of belonging.

I would like to use the Cricut and Cricut Press to label my students' items, such as their supplies, desks, and bins. I will also create incentives or tokens to recognize their accomplishments. Labeling our classroom items is also very important as it promotes a print-rich environment in which they can be fully immersed in literacy, reading, and writing.
