This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our elementary students love to run, play, and stay active and nothing gets them more excited than soccer! Unfortunately, we don’t have the equipment to support their enthusiasm. Our previous soccer goals have been ruined due to the heat and weather in our area. With your help, we can provide our students with two portable soccer goals and a set of soccer balls so they can enjoy organized games and free play during PE, recess, and after-school programs.

Having the right equipment will allow us to teach teamwork, improve coordination, and encourage healthy lifestyles all while having fun!

These goals and balls will be used by hundreds of students throughout the year and bring energy and joy to our school community. Thank you for helping our kids stay active and build confidence through play!
