My Students

My class is a hoot to teach! Some are quiet, but can surprise you when you least expect it, while others are clearly understood and enjoy joining in with classmates' conversations, adding enrichment and food for thought.

We love to learn and get excited when we're sharing what we've learned with others!

I always enjoy taking the time to get to know my students and create a bond that will last for many years to come, and they'll remember during the rest of their educational experiences. Hopefully, passing their love for learning on to their children.

My Project

Returning to in-person learning has been funtastic, but we have had our own challenges. The greatest obstacle in my students' paths right now is the air quality in and outside of our classroom.

An air purifier would make a huge difference for my students.

With this air purifier, we will be able to hear what we're learning all year round! We would be able to close windows and doors and enjoy fresh, safe, temperate air. Changing the air quality would also improve our health and make the learning environment safer.

Because my students are not eligible to be vaccinated, this is the best way to protect them. The air purifier would be used year-round, especially during times when it is not feasible to keep windows and doors open.
