This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are excited to be playing softball again. We have a coed softball team that is in need of equipment. The last two softball seasons were cancelled because of Covid and the last two seasons before Covid were cancelled because other schools could not field a full team, so much of our equipment is worn due to sitting in storage for so many years. We will use the catcher's equipment, glove, and softballs to help our need team prepare for the upcoming season.
Having quality equipment is needed when getting students interested in softball again.
