Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This was our first year having cheerleaders for the basketball season, and our cheer squad was all that and more! I am incredibly proud of this crew of athletes. I want to award them for their sportsmanship, comradery, and dedication.

Awards, bracelets, and bags will stick with our cheering squad long after the season is over.

These mementos will remind them of their time in cheering and let them know they are appreciated. The cheerleading books will go in the school library and help to fill the interests of all students now that we have a new sport in school.

Cheering has been a positive experience for all involved and our cheerleaders have been giving 150%. I want to cheer for them and give them a little something extra.
