This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
For many of us, learning how to read came easy. However, my students don't have that luxury. For most of them, the use of different methods of learning, especially multisensory methods, can help them tremendously.
My kindergarten students bring smiles to my face everyday.
Although they have moderate to severe disabilities, such as Autism and Orthopedic impairments, their eagerness to learn surpasses those things at all costs. They are very energetic and extremely curious about the world around them and what it has to offer.
My Project
My students often have difficulties with maintaining consistency in reading because we have limited funds. This Language Tutor would give my students and I the opportunity to utilize a multi-sensory approach that suits my students who need more focus on visual and auditory prompts and cues.
Your donations would make all the difference!
How bright their little faces will get when they realize they can read independently and from all your help! As kindergarten students, this resource is an exceptional foundation for the rest of their lives.
