Help me give my students Social-emotional learning (SEL) materials that will help enhance their environment. The games and books will help teach social skills and the chairs will be effective in creating a welcoming and fun environment.

My Project

As a second-year School Counselor, I serve students in PreK-5th grade. My school is a rural Title I school with approximately 260 students. I love that my students are resilient and brave, and all come from different backgrounds. Our students learn different strategies and skills throughout many social-emotional learning activities (SEL) that I and their teachers present to them.

My students enjoy hands-on activities and take pride in their learning environment.

I believe it is essential that they acquire SEL skills in an inviting space. This is why I would love to create an excellent area for them to experience Social and Emotional Learning lessons.
