Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We haven't had tetherballs at our school for a while. Now that Covid restrictions are not affecting the playground anymore, our school needs tetherballs for all grades.
This project will help students at our school in Grades 1 to 5 to develop sportsmanship skills and have a great activity to play at recess.
The poles just hang empty and we would love to see our students practice hand eye coordination, exercise and have fun at recess. There are 3 poles on the upper grade playground and two on the primary. Our students also love soccer and it would be great for our primary students to have one per class.
