Let's Hatch Some Eggs in Science

My Project

Hatching eggs in Science would be so exciting for our Kindergarten students. They learn about various animals in their Science units. They learn about the life cycle of chickens. Hatching eggs will give students the actual hands on experience of seeing a baby chick hatch from an egg. This is something they have not experienced before as most students' families do not raise chickens.

The puzzles will be used in the independent work stations and will support the various other animals that are studied.

This unit is about living things. The pictures on the puzzles could help generate questions about the different animals pictured.
